Development of transaction and operational models to support finance raising and subsequent reporting. The new business successfully raised bank finance and is performing well.

Purity Soft Drinks Limited
Amendment of existing projection model and development of product group level investment model. Subsequent development of a more detailed SKU level investment model, the amount of data available meant that this model is a data model developed using Power Query and Power Pivot along with Excel. Ongoing financial modelling advisor.
AG Barr plc
Commercial review of existing projection model. Subsequently developed a new projection model and KPI scorecard tool to support business operations and board decision making.
Heineken UK Limited
Developed a Variable Cost Model (VCM) to replace the existing suite of VCM’s used by the Supply Chain team and enhance functionality, consistency and the ability to analyse performance.
